Here at The Caffeinated Scientist, we want every experiment in your shopping cart to be a success. But if something goes sideways, don’t worry — we’ll fix it.

Returns & Refunds

We offer refunds for the following situations:

• You received the wrong item (lab mix-up!)
• Your product arrived damaged or defective (not part of the plan)

To request a refund, just email support@thecaffeinatedscientist.com within 30 days of your purchase date. Include your order details and a brief description of the issue so we can make it right — no complicated formulas required.

Sizing & Change of Mind

All of our shirts are printed to order, so we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges if you order the wrong size or change your mind.

Please check the size guide on the product page carefully before placing your order. We recommend comparing the measurements with a T-shirt you already own and love to make sure you choose the right fit.

Of course, if we send you the wrong size, or your item arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, that’s on us — please get in touch and we’ll make it right.
